Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Return and Refund for Non-Consumable Products

• Non-consumable products (such as clothing, electronics, accessories, home items, etc.) are eligible for return within 2 days from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 15 days to the original method of payment.

2. No Return or Refund for Consumable Products

• Consumable items such as fruits, vegetables, and other edible products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Please inspect your order upon delivery. In case of any issues such as damage or spoilage, please report it to our customer service team immediately on the day of delivery for possible resolution.
